In his first case as a Mango Park District Judge, James Porter is tasked with sentencing the man he replaced on the bench. For years, former Judge Charles O’Brien ran an illegal pay for play scheme causing dozens of innocent men and women to be sentenced to prison. After an undercover operation orchestrated by the Mango Park Police Department, Mr. O’Brien will finally pay for his crimes.
