🟥 20 Years Without Justice – The Murder of April Dobson

In October 2005, my mother, April Dobson, was murdered after helping a friend at a home she’d never visited before. Her death remains unsolved to this day, and as the 20th anniversary approaches, I’m still left with grief, no answers, and no accountability. My family fell apart. Friends disappeared. My grandmother — the only one who stood by me — passed away in 2023. I’ve carried this pain in silence. Until now.

🟨 Dragged Through Family Court Over a Restraining Order That Was Never Signed

For three years, I was railroaded through family court — a system I had no business being in. The entire case was based on a restraining order application that was never even signed, which under Rule 14(4) of Ontario Family Law should have made it invalid.

The applicant also failed to file a trial schedule endorsement form, a mandatory requirement under Rule 17(11). But instead of rejecting the case, one of Kitchener’s top judges pushed it through, ignored the law, and ultimately ordered me to pay $60,000 based on a fraudulent legal bill of $160,000 who admied to onlt paying $7000! — all handed to a manipulative, abusive lawyer named Jon David Ekpenyong.

This lawyer has harassed me for years.
He sends threatening, unhinged emails.
He’s frozen my accounts.
He refuses all payment plans.
He gaslights, stalks, and manipulates the legal system without consequences.
The police won’t intervene. Prosecutors drop charges.
And the Law Society of Ontario turns a blind eye.

🟩 Police Brutality: Beaten, Hospitalized, and Falsely Charged

In 2022, I was assaulted by a police officer with a history of violence — the same officer CST. Evan Gorman who was criminally charged in 2017 for brutally injuring an 11-year-old boy.

This officer submitted fabricated evidence, fake injury photos, and a completely false narrative to cover up the brutality. I was beaten, hospitalized, and falsely charged — a case that has now escalated into a multi-million dollar lawsuit.

Still, no arrests. No accountability. No media coverage.
