Supreme Court’s Shield for Judicial Corruption!

Justice Yashwant Varma’s Cash Scandal: Does the Judiciary Consider Itself Above the Law?

Another dark stain on India’s judiciary! During the Holi festival, a fire breaks out at the residence of Delhi High Court Judge Yashwant Varma. When the fire brigade arrives to douse the flames, they stumble upon something that leaves every Indian in shock!

Crores of rupees hidden in secret compartments!

One of the World’s LEADING Arbitration Counsel Harish Salve on Judicial Cash Scandal.

“Collegium decision is WRONG on multiple levels. Transfer itself a major issue.”

“The only ACTION has to be SUSPENSION.”

“Constitutional amendment is needed to get RID of this system.”

🗣️ Harish Salve : “Large amount of cash being found at a judge’s house speaks about the worst of judiciary.”  he was responsible for bailing our soren..cm of jharkand.

“WE ARE NOT A TRASH BIN”

High Court Bar Association (HCBA), Allahabad strongly objects to the SC Collegium’s decision to transfer Justice Yashwant Verma back to Allahabad after Rs 15 crore was allegedly found in his bungalow.

Now, think—would an honest judge hide crores of rupees in secret stashes at home? But the state of India’s judiciary is such that when this revelation came to light, the so-called “action” taken was mere eyewash.

No arrest, no serious investigation—just a shameless transfer!

A Fire Exposes the Dark Secrets of Corruption

On the eve of Holika Dahan, a fire erupts at Justice Yashwant Varma’s residence. When firefighters arrive, they not only douse the flames but also uncover bundles of cash hidden in various places—sacks of notes, stacks stuffed inside cupboards, and packets of money concealed in drawers!

Firefighters and police officers were left stunned.

The exact amount? Officially undisclosed, but insiders whisper that the stash could be worth anywhere between ₹10 to ₹20 crore!

But the real question is: How did a High Court judge accumulate such a massive amount of cash?

Supreme Court’s Damage Control: ‘Eliminate Corruption’? No, ‘Save the Corrupt Judge’!
