Corrupt Fresno county Judge Amy Guerra covers up district attorneys fraud

On March 19th 2024 a Fresno county superior court judge Amy Guerra covers up the district attorneys fraud on the People when I expose that one of the People of the state of California must be a party to the prosecution that district attorney Lisa Smittcamp, Mathew Hamilton and Nicole Green are claiming to be on behalf of using their name and their authority or there’s no lawful prosecution. I ask Amy for the name of the People and Amy say’s “I don’t have the answer to that question” and tells the deputy sheriff RK Badge # 701 that we are done and calls another case refusing to be answerable to the People and had an opportunity to do the right thing and dismiss the case but chose to cover up the fraud. Deputy RK kicked me out the courtroom.

Attorneys are reminded that, except in very rare cases, the District Attorney represents only the People of the State of California in prosecuting alleged criminal offenses, and does not and cannot function as an individual legal advisor for officers, and does not and cannot function as a civil legal advisor for other government agencies.

Individual officers should be referred to private counsel or, if appropriate, to the legal counsel provided for them by professional organizations (i.e. Union counsel and representatives).

Questions regarding the operations of other agencies should be referred to the office of the Inyo County Counsel, the City of Bishop attorney, and/or the Attorney General of the State of California, as may be appropriate. While it may be appropriate to participate in discussions with the agency and its civil legal counsel, any attorney employed by the District Attorney must make it clear that they are participating only in their role as counsel for the People of the State of California, and not as representative for the agency.
