Corrupt Cop Keeps Veterans I.D. Until He Stop’s Recording Him!!😱🤬😒

This guy was pulled over by the police for flashing his lights to let other motorists know that cops had a speed trap ahead. Apparently in his state, it is illegal for the cops to ticket motorists for flashing their lights because it is a way of communication. He states that this happens a lot in his state and the courts have told the police to stop, but they don’t. Surprised right!? This corrupt cop holds onto his license until he stops recording him. He tells the man that he is free to go, but continues to hold onto his license, a clear power trip by the officer! This is a clear violation of the law, and I assume this officer doesn’t want to be on camera because he knows if he tells him why he pulled him over that he will get taken to court for it!
