Unbelievable First Amendment Violation Caught on Camera! A Rhode Island man was unlawfully pulled over and detained by police officers for flipping them the middle finger, a gesture the Supreme Court has upheld as protected free speech.
This outrageous stop escalated when officers demanded ID, despite the fact that the man was not suspected of any crime and the traffic stop was clearly retaliatory and unconstitutional. In a blatant abuse of authority, the officer later issued a citation to the driver.
