Cop Brutally Murders Judge In Courthouse [GRAPHIC]



On September 19th, 2024, the rural community of Letcher County, Kentucky, was shaken after news emerged that District Judge Kevin Mullins, had been shot dead in his chambers while breaking from court proceedings.

As the news started to spread, many were left wondering who the shooter could have been. Was it a vengeful ex-convict? A relative seeking retribution? Many guesses were made, but all were wrong. County Sheriff, Shawn Stines was the gunman.
