चाइल्ड पोनोग्राफी को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का अहम फैसला, चाइल्ड पोनोग्राफी वीडियो देखना अपराध.सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ किया है कि बच्चों के साथ यौन अपराध से जुड़े वीडियो को डाउनलोड करना, देखना, उसे अपने पास इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट में रखना अपराध है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि इसे पॉक्सो एक्ट के सेक्शन 15 (1) के तहत अपराध माना जाएगा।
