Mr Lopez choked on coffee while sitting on the balcony and spit it over the railing. Mr Lopez is also an American Citizen and has rights as well. Rights that the Branson Police Department violated.

This video is the second part of Mr. Lopez being brutally attacked by Branson Police Department because he had no physical ID. For “failure to identify” because he didn’t provide a physical lD card and for that he was knocked unconscious. even more body cam footage coming soon.
