Bodycam footage shows the moments surrounding a deadly shooting at a California gas station on August 7. Los Angeles Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a 911 call from a store clerk who claimed an armed man was “acting crazy” and screaming at the gas pumps. Deputies shot 34-year-old Arturo Cernas after he allegedly reached for his firearm when they confronted him. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks it down.
