The Commonwealth of Massachuetts has charged Karen Read, John O’Keefe’s girlfriend, with his death.

The 1st Trial against Karen Read was a mistrial, yet jurors had decided she was not responsible, though they were hung on lessor charges, and because they followed the Judges instructions, to not hand back to the verdict slips unless they were unanimous. They told the judge they were hung.

This case has captured the attention of many around the world because of the poor investigation, the appearance of a biased judge, who would not recuse herself, the rush to prosecute and the openly corrupt court process. The retrial of Karen Read is an injustice prosecution.

The Commonwealth hired a Special Prosecutor, Hank Brennan, a defense attorney to prosecute Karen Read, costing them hundreds of thousands.
