Abuse of power of attorney report to Ombutsman

Anita the reports you filed against me that included your misunderstanding about the car being reported stolen was used as reason to get public guardianship over Anahid Matevosian so she her right to come home is taken away. You asked Torres in your elder abuse report:

“I hope that all of these points raise adequate concern for her wellbeing. Please open a case file to add Anahid to your client base and provide her the help she needs. I am hoping that perhaps she can be granted a state-ordered guardianship to protect her from the abuse she has been enduring. “

Anahid’s case manager decided to have a judge grant public guardianship and take Anahid’s freedom away because of the numerous reports filed:

“Dr. Kostrey would like to file Probate Conservatorship since you do not feel that Anita is doing a good job of being mom’s POA and she does not seem to think you are able to make decision for mom as there have been multiple APS reports filed against you and Anita. It would be better for us to file for conservatorship and have a judge decide who is a better fit or for the Public Guardian to be the legal decision maker for mom instead.”
