The National President of the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria was discharged and acquitted by the FCT High Court after facing false human trafficking allegations. Following his wrongful accusation and detention, he secured a judgment from the National Industrial Court for his reinstatement and full entitlements. Despite these legal victories, some members of the association have used the police to intimidate him, highlighting ongoing issues of power abuse within the organization.
