Took advantage of the cops body cam recording me because my neighbors illegally called the cops on me. Thought that might help with the Longview Washington public utility district and Catlin properties inc of Kelso Washington, knowingly committing extortion! Even after I told them both that I am being charged laundry money when I don’t have access to my washer and dryer. This has cost me THOUSANDS! I have them admitting that this is a problem and they would see if they can resolve that issue but not a guarantee. WTF?! That’s illegal! Even offered to reimburse me 5 dollars a month for the laundry. And I told them no that’s not okay…Because if she does 15 dollars worth of laundry you would still owe me 10 dollars. Exe; PS Catlin properties of Kelso Washington refused to give me a key. And I am still being extorted to this day. Someone please help me. (Lawyers)
