A 14-year-old student took a semiautomatic rifle to his school and killed four people. Two of the victims were student and two were teachers. The shooter managed to commit the crime even though he was on the FBI’s radar. After killing the four people, the shooter surrendered to law enforcement. He will be tried as an adult.
