On 08/27/2023 Officers responded in reference to a battery that was still occurring. The caller, daughter, stated that Stepdad “jumped on” her mom and took her phone. While on the phone with 911 she stated that step-dad shoved her mom’s face into the wall. Daughter also stated that he “sl*pped her in the face” and “p*nched her.” My dispatch operator could hear Mom saying “get out of my face” while on the phone with the daughter.
