12-Year-Old Killed by ‘Evil’ Parents’ Horrifying Torture and Abuse: Cops

Police in Pennsylvania are analyzing the photos and videos taken by a couple that allegedly show them abusing 12-year-old Malinda Hoagland. Investigators say while Malinda attended school online, she was often shackled in the basement of her home. Her father, Rendell Hoagland, and his fiancé, Cindy Warren, face multiple child abuse charges in connection with Malinda’s death.
