In Spring Hill Florida Walmart false arrest bodycam an innocent Vietnamese American shopper Tony Ngoc Nguyen from Hudson was wrongly arrested in one of the craziest police misconduct cases. On November 27 2022 at the Walmart Supercenter on Commercial Way Tony was grocery shopping when asset protection officer David Pettigrew mistook him for Cody Vondelinde a previously trespassed man. Hernando County deputy Michael McNeeley showed up and immediately arrested Tony Nguyen without checking ID or verifying anything despite his protests.

The shocking viral bodycam footage shows this Florida tyrant cop dragging the wrong man to jail while ignoring the facts and later using an old trespass warning to justify it. Tony was booked into jail but charges were eventually dropped after the massive mix up.
