Article II of the Constitution states that the executive power shall be vested in @POTUS. No court may take over that rule. No court may define or limit the scope of the duties of an official within the Executive Office of the President.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey asked the DOJ to investigate whether Biden’s cognitive mental decline allowed unelected officials to make decisions without his knowledge or approval.

If that’s the case, Biden’s executive orders, pardons, and other actions, may be unconstitutional and void.

Judge MCConnell blocked Trump from stopping payments from US AID but he sits on a board that has received over $100 million in US AID aid. Shouldn’t that judge have to recuse himself?
