It didn’t take long to find the Tyrant of the group of Troopers. Trooper Adam Nell couldn’t help himself but to immediately act up in front of the Erie County Fam. Leave Your Comments on Adam Nell. Then while trying to report the behavior to Tonya L. Kubinski State Police Sergeant, the Total TRASH Supervisor said “I’m sorry you expected Professionalism from the state police” then totally Blew Off the complaint. No wonders the Troopers Act Out!
