This video takes us to Charleston West Virginia. Recently, it was brought to the attention of City Officials that the police department had paid officers $9 million in overtime over the last year. This is three times the amount budgeted. City Officials have stated that they are going to ask the state to step in and look at everything. What’s your thoughts on this video?
